Efficient Data Entry: New Grid View Feature
The New Grid View Feature is used to display data in tables within Clevr. It displays data in both rows and columns, where each column represents a field, and each row represents a record. Grid View helps teachers and administrators to enter data quickly while maintaining a bigger picture of multiple records at once. Users can customize their layout, and share grids with other roles within Clevr.

We are thrilled to unveil a valuable addition to our Clevr platform that’s been designed with our clients in mind – the all-new Video Library. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your Clevr experience, this video library serves as your one-stop resource for quick and informative demonstrations of key Clevr tasks and functionalities. Highlighted below are 2 forms that have been recently implemented by other school districts in our community. Click below to view a demo of each form.
School Improvement 5-Step Process Designed by Piqua City Schools in Ohio to centrally locate their plans to improve student achievement at the teacher, building and district level. This form helps to increase collaboration and continuity between meetings.
Jordan’s Principle Form Designed by Anglophone School District East in New Brunswick, is widely used across Canada to make sure all First Nations children living in Canada can access the products, services and supports they need, when they need them.
Printouts / Bulk PDF
Example: Family School Wellness Case Plan Printout
There are a host of reasons why you may want a form to be printed or converted into a PDF. Whether it’s a parent letter, clinician reports, or student plans, schools often need to generate forms in PDF either individually or in bulk, with the data entered in Clevr. Do your printouts need a refresh? See what one division in Alberta recently did for their parent-facing case plans.
