Student Support Services
Sun West School Division improves the user experience
Elizabeth MacDonald, Client Success Coordinator at Clevr, discusses the recent form updates made to meet the needs of Sun West School Division. She highlights the review process led by Meaghan Friedrick, Superintendent of Student Services at Sun West, which identified forms needing updates — specifically, the Student Support Plan and Referral to Support Services. The update includes separating the Record of Adaptations, making it more user-friendly with enhanced search and display functionalities. Other form updates were made to the Referral to Support Services, Behaviour Plan, Individual Safety Support Plan, and Medical Management Plan. These forms now feature increased integration, digital signatures, and a streamlined paperless workflow aimed at improving the user experience. The final steps involve training the Sun West team and incorporating historical data into the new system.
New* Threshold-Based Notifications
Threshold-based notifications are your essential tool for staying informed about significant changes in record volume, triggered by aggregate updates to forms. These notifications highlight spikes in records that meet specific conditions within a defined time period.
Effortlessly send notifications to one or multiple designated recipients. You have the power to customize both the email subject and body, incorporating relevant form fields to ensure that the messages are immediately clear to recipients. Leverage these thresholds to keep your stakeholders informed 24/7 about unusual trends and facilitate ongoing monitoring.
Consider these compelling use cases:
- 30 VTRA submissions (between September and June)
- 100 Staff Evaluations still pending (by March)
- 50 Travel Expense forms queued for processing due to backlogs
