Product Voice of Customer (VoC) Days! 🎤
We are excited to launch Product Voice of Customer (VoC) Days!
A concentrated effort to “listen to the voice of our customers” with the goal of deeply understanding customer needs, pain points, and expectations to improve Clevr functionality and overall customer experience.
🗓️ When? The first Tuesday and Wednesday of each month.
🎥 How it works:
Join Sandra Climenhaga, our Director of Product, for a two-hour interactive session each month to provide early feedback on new features in development or discuss existing features and how we can improve them.
If you can’t attend a session, don’t worry! You’ll still receive monthly insights to help you get the most out of Clevr. Stay tuned for your calendar invite soon!
School Plans & Emergency Response Plans
New Brunswick Leading the Way for Nationwide Adoption
Our community in New Brunswick has successfully developed two innovative school-based forms: the School Plan and the Emergency Response Plan, which are now gaining traction across Canada! While many clients associate Clevr with student and staff forms, it’s essential to recognize another powerful application that can greatly benefit school districts. These form templates not only facilitate continuous improvement processes but also significantly enhance transparency within the organization.
Elizabeth MacDonald, our Client Success Coordinator, has put together a brief tour showcasing both forms. This is a great way to expand your Clevr implementation in the area of school-based forms to support safer schools and monitor the impact of your school improvement plans.
Introduction to Threshold Notifications in Clevr
Threshold notifications in Clevr allow educational administrators to set customizable alerts based on specific data entries within various forms. This system acts as an early warning mechanism, swiftly notifying key personnel when predefined criteria are met. This not only facilitates timely responses but also allows for proactive action and trend analysis. It’s super easy to set up and will likely be your new favourite tool in Clevr! Check it out.
Clevr Product Roadmap Update
Exciting New Features and Improvements
Sandra Climenhaga, Director of Product at Clevr, provides an update on the product roadmap, including new features and improvements. Key developments include form versioning, enhanced authentication, mobile-friendly forms, a better parent dashboard, and bulk print improvements. Recent releases such as threshold-based notifications, a data management tool, and a new integration UI are discussed. Upcoming releases include a new and more efficient form editor, workflow management capabilities, and a redesigned dashboard.
