Record Rollovers
Archive this year’s records, and prepare for 2025
Record Rollover marks the transition to a new school year within Clevr, specifically preparing records for the upcoming 2025 school year. This vital process involves two main steps: archiving existing records and generating fresh ones tailored to the upcoming school year.
This process is made simple using Clevr’s Record Rollover Wizard which provides users with a user-friendly interface to select forms that should be archived and/or cloned in a conducive and purposeful manner. The Wizard also provides a summary and history of all record rollovers performed.
Why timing matters:
The timing of your record rollover is critical. Our newly updated Clevr Rollover Timing Guide identifies the 2 best times to complete your rollover. Ensuring that all students and staff records are active at locations during the rollover process will ensure the rollover is fully completed for all records.

With the new Help Center, you’ll have the power to submit new tickets & manage existing tickets: View, update, and monitor all tickets for your District / Division in real-time.
And that’s just the beginning! The Help Center portal promises a user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation, ensuring that you can effortlessly access all the resources and support Clevr has to offer. The Help Center is accessible from the “Help” menu within Clevr.
