“Focus Style” for Enhanced Form Accessibility

We are excited to introduce a new feature called “Focus Style,” designed to improve the accessibility and usability of our forms. When this attribute is enabled, a blue border will appear around the currently active field, providing a clear visual cue to users. This enhancement is part of our Accessibility commitment.

Key Benefits of Focus Style:

  • Enhanced Visibility: Help users with low vision easily identify their current position within the form.
  • Improved Navigation: Users with motor control issues or strain injuries can effortlessly tab through the form, always knowing which field they are on.
  • Retroactive Application: This feature can be enabled for both existing forms and new forms in development, ensuring consistent accessibility across all your forms.

How to Enable Focus Style:

Contact our support team (support@clevr.ca) if you’d like to have the “Focus Style” attribute added to your forms. This style can be applied retroactively to existing forms, or requested during the development of new forms. This small change can significantly enhance the user experience for individuals who rely on visual and navigational assistance.
