Challenge

Static versions of student IEPs were being manually sent to coordinators and resource staff relying on saved copies that may or may not be current with the latest information. Difficulty in planning and resource allocation across schools that needed it most. The Division was looking for a centralized system that could be expanded into other areas outside of student services. There was a need to standardize forms and provide real-time access to data vital to supporting student goals.

Solution

Seamless transition to the clevr platform with no intensive training. Division used this opportunity to improve existing forms and processes and came to understand the extreme flexibility of the solution. The system is now used division-wide to do equity resourcing, as well as learn more about student programming by having all the data in one place. clevr has provided unexpected professional development opportunities as well, with a group of Divisions coming together regularly to collaborate on forms and improve their processes as a whole.
