In collaboration with the RCCDSB team, the implementation encompassed a variety of assessment tools and screening instruments designed for different intervention tiers. Key components of the solution included custom-built and standardized assessments like the Phonics Screener, Phonological Awareness Skills Screener (PASS), Phonological Awareness Screening Test (PAST), French assessment tools, Empower Curate, and Empower Summary. The partnership with Clevr sparked a significant shift in RCCDSB's approach to assessment record-keeping. The Literacy Data solution not only streamlined the data collection process but also fostered a culture of inclusivity.

Renfrew County Catholic District School Board (RCCDSB) identified the need for an improved early literacy screening process and sought a solution that aligned with the Science of Reading. The goal was to create a more inclusive and comprehensive assessment model that would ensure every student's needs are met, and incorporate Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 intervention levels.
