We don’t want to rely anymore on trend data or data that is not specific to the actual action steps that were taken. With clevr we can indicate whether the actions we took were actually effective specific to that same set of standards or benchmarks.

Challenge
Solution
Recognizing the importance of personalized learning and targeted interventions, HPEDSB sought a solution that would provide teachers and administrators with real-time insights into each student's literacy development.
The district implemented a centralized system that allowed them to collect and consolidate literacy data in one place. The system was designed to accommodate different grade levels, to capture the diverse range of literacy skills and developmental stages.
The heart of the innovation lay in the creation of a classroom-level heatmap which teachers can use to view literacy development across their class.
Location: Ontario
Students: 15,400
Schools: 39
Staff: 1,750
At HPEDSB, forms and workflows within the area of Literacy & Numeracy were largely manual and existed within a range of Google docs, Google sheets, Microsoft spreadsheets, and not very well integrated with other enterprise applications (i.e. SIS and District user authentication). These data collection methods were limited in terms of access, collaboration within the school between classroom teachers and school leadership as well as across the District and did not contain integrated workflows.
