  • COVID-19 Daily Fit for Work Screening Protocol

    All staff required to complete screening protocol prior to starting work, by completing this standard questionnaire to assess health risk.

    Employees who have an accident/injury/exposure at work must report the details surrounding the event no later than three hours after the incident/injury.
